- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is lower than the industry averages. The reason behind this is to have the customer focus more on the end result of the project versus how much money they spend. I think it is important that they understand that I am not trying to get rich off the project but build an on going relationship in which I become familiar with their home and become an expert on the needs and nuisances of their personalized home. This make me more effective for future visits and it eliminates stress from them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat each customer with patience and respect. I let them voice their desires and what their vision is. I provide them a free quote and outline details of the project and ensure that our goals are aligned. I involve them each step to ensure they are happy with the results. My new customers always receive great attention in order to nite thy know they are in good hands. The trust given is very important to earn.

I have been trained and have worked alongside the best and I have done this type work for over 15 years
