- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises. Every quote includes a standard $4.50 ground transportation tax. For sedans and SUVs (up to 7 passengers), gratuity is discretionary and adjustable. For larger vehicles (8+ passengers), a customary 20% gratuity is automatically included. Final rates are subject to standard terms regarding overages or cleaning fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"My goal is to make your travel seamless from the first interaction. I start by gathering all critical trip details—specifically passenger count, luggage volume, and flight information—to ensure we match you with the perfect vehicle. If you are traveling with children, I always check if you need car seats (infant, toddler, or booster). Once we have the logistics set, I provide a transparent quote that includes our standard $4.50 ground tax and customary gratuity, so there are never any hidden fees on the day of your trip. Once confirmed, you receive a reservation number and peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the founder of Legacy Executive Limousine, I believe training never stops. I am currently developing a proprietary Executive Chauffeur Training Manual to ensure every driver in our fleet meets the highest standards of safety, etiquette, and defensive driving. We don't just hire drivers; we train professional chauffeurs who understand the nuances of executive and family care.
