- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every session is one flat rate — $100 for a 30-minute shoot with 15 professionally selected digital portraits, no tiered packages or hidden fees. That price is the same whether it's an individual, a family, or a family with pets in the frame.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send an inquiry letting us know who's coming (including pets) and whether you'd prefer the studio or an on-location spot around Chicagoland. We build the 30-minute session around your group, then deliver a professionally selected, edited gallery of 15 digital images afterward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My photography background comes from hands-on studio and commercial shoot experience, including corporate headshot crews, paired with practical work mastering studio lighting and camera settings on a Nikon D750. That real-session experience shapes how I light, pose, and edit every 9241 Studio portrait.
