- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, and guaranteed. We publish pricing on our website without "starting at" or "and up" qualifiers so customers will know what to expect. For us, Guaranteed means that if you see pests after we've treated, we'll come back and fix it with no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow an Assessment Based Pest Management approach of Integrated Pest Management. That's a lot of jargon to simply say we don't just spray for bugs and hope it works. We inspect the premise and develop a plan of action that will get you results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Illinois Certified Technicians are required to undergo frequent continuing education to maintain their license. We attend seminars and educational events several times a year so we can be best prepared to help you with your pest problem.
