Jack was helpful from the very beginning. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process, he explained what was wrong with my roof and how these were signs of hail and wind damage. He then worked directly with our insurance company to put in the claim and got us on the books to get our roof replaced, along with the gutters and downspouts. His team was efficient and thorough; they did a great job of cleaning up the area around the house and now our house looks brand new! Definitely recommend Advocate Roofing!
