The quality was amazing next time (hopefully there won't be a next time) I break something I'm coming here right away. He was super professional and he told us how he would fix it. He responded super fast and set up an appointment right away after I called. The price was AMAZING all the other places I looked at first said it would be $149-249 which seemed like way to much to fix an iPad screen and Barry fixed it for $90! He finished fixing it after about 45 minutes which was really fast!

I reached out to Barry as he is located in my area. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what the issue was with my slow computer and how he would address it. I left it with him over the weekend and picked it up at the scheduled time this afternoon, where it was ready and waiting. I'm using it now and it is delightfully fast! I thank Barry and recommend his expertise!

This was my first thumbtack hire experience ever and Barry just killed it, blew me away! After making a terrible mistake a few years ago by leaving my Macbook Pro outside in my backyard, I woke up to basically a swimming mac in a pond, Yep I know... it got rained on, offff course Apple store reps inform me its completely shot, and encourage me that since theres no point in even fixing it since I could just get a new one for an extra couple hundo. Uh huh, I fell for it, anyways
2 years later Im cleaning out my home and found this old mac, it wouldn't turn on nothing so I turned to thumbtack, gave it try, met Barry and litterly he turned this little dust collector into a full blown brand new running lap top in less than 5 minutes!! Oh and this was the 4th person who tried to fix it.... unbelievable!
Obviously, my situation is going to be different than yours, but whatever the case is I really liked that Barry doesn't just take your item somewhere in the back and then tells you ok its fixed. He actually explains and educates you on everything! He'll even tell you things you didn't even think to ask just because you didn't know, but he thinks outside the box - saving you from years of problems down the line. Great price too!!!!
Honestly you don't even have to do anything except call him, trust me he'll already start explaining, educating and giving you a heads up prior to even coming in so you know what to expect and not to expect.
Anyways just really impressed, I hope the rest of thumbtack people are like this!
