Overall, very positive experience with Mr. electric and Brandon the electrician, the team notified me right away through the app and reached out to me via phone. We were able to schedule an appointment really quickly. Brandon was from a very beginning very professional walk to me through the process what to expect. We did run into an issue with the fix, but he immediately schedule the follow up appointment and helped resolve the issue. I was reluctant hiring someone I didn’t know, but I’m glad Mr. electric proved me wrong and I would recommend them to anyone for any electrical service.

I put on the request on Sunday and have the electrical work completed by 11am the next day. Brandon Arias was really easy to work with and moved an electrical box and patched the drywall after. I had told him we had painters coming next but he still took care to patch the drywall well. I appreciated the notifications received by this firm, including a picture of the installer coming when i was home alone

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll treat your property like it’s our own, using our own floor mats and shoe covers to keep dirt and dust off your floor. Our tool mats ensure no tool rests on a surface on your property.
