I renovated my kitchen with Krassimir. I did the demo myself as well as new tile flooring. Krassimir installed all of the Ikea cabinets. First I should say that my condo used to be a very old apartment building - pretty typical masonry 100 year old chicago 6 flat. None of the walls are really flat, or square. I did a decent job of getting the floor level, but there are still some high/low points. Krassimir did an excellent job of getting the cabinets level, which is important for the countertop installation. He's a good carpenter and was able to "modify" the installation process in order to accomplish this. For example, using tapered 2x4's to fill in gaps, tapering off cover panels, providing ledgers where needed for the countertops. He worked with one other person and they took 5 days to finish. If the walls weren't so non-90 degrees an unlevel I think he would've finished in 2 days. Krassimir was very kind and pleasant to work with. Everyday they cleaned up after themselves. Also, since I work every day I was unable to be present during the construction. It's always difficult leaving your home unattended while contractors are there doing work, however Krassimir is a very trustworthy individual and once I met him the first day I didn't have any worries. Krassimir does more than just ikea kitchens/baths, but as far as Ikea products go he is very knowledgable of the ins and outs of their kitchen lines. As far as price goes - his price was well under the Ikea certified installer's price. I highly recommend Krassimir.

If you have house projects, Krassi from Abispro is the handyman for you! I recently purchased my first property and was overwhelmed by the amount of work that needed to be done. I heard about Abispro from a friend who had her bathroom renovated by Krassi and she had nothing but positive things to say. I called Krassi and was able to book a consultation appointment for the same day in the evening. Once here, Krassi reviewed the list of projects I had compiled, assessed the feasibility of each project, provided feedback and additional ideas. After coming to an agreement on which project to work on first, timeline and price, I felt really good about working with Krassi and could not wait to get things started. So far he has done a great job with installing bathroom fans in two bathrooms, hanging a beautiful chandelier in the dining room, and building a custom closet. He is on time, prompt, and very professional. He is very precise and will makes sure to get things done the way you like them, no matter how minute the details. Overall, Krassi is a pleasure to work with and I am very happy with the quality of work, his professionalism and work ethic and can't wait to work with him again on future house projects!

I had Casey install hardwood flooring throughout my living room a few years ago that turned out great. After I moved, I had Casey come to our new place to paint the entire condo, which turned out great. He has an eye/knack for precision, design, and even general carpentry. We will be using Casey again when we need something else done in our home.

Krassimir was recommended to me by a friend of mine for a bathroom repair. While shopping for everything I needed for the job I called him many times for advise, and he always gave me invaluable tips on what to buy and where to find it. He finished on time, as promised, and did an excellent job.

Casey has done quite a few things to improve the aesthetic and functionality of my home. He is a master builder with a creative mind. He's painted two of my homes and I could not be happier with their appearance. He can truly turn a house into a home.
