I had a very positive experience with Wildlife Exteriors. I needed my stairs to my deck to be replaced in a short amount of time. Brandon was very accommodating. Moreover, the stairs look very nice and are sturdy. We are planning to have him and his team replace our deck this year. I highly recommend Wildlife Exteriors.

TL;DR We would not hire this company again.
Wildlife replaced a door for us and installed railings along our walkway in the front yard. Both function as we hoped, but we're dissatisfied with the appearance of the door. Despite our having consulted with Brandon on which shade would match the frame and comparing samples against the frame, the door is several shades too light. Brandon either ordered the wrong color or the stain itself was defective. This is a problem that could have been avoided if he had done a test patch on the wood.
After the first coat I texted him that the stain was too light and he texted back that the door needed more stain. When the color was still too light after the second coat he texted, "Unfortunately it's as dark as it's going to get let's get it up there and see only other option is paint but I doubt you want that in my opinion it looks dark enough." In a subsequent text he wrote, "It's a lot darker than the door before but I do know it won't get any darker it's a hard wood so it won't absorb anymore stain 2 coats max."
One of the category choices for reviewing on Thumbtack is "professionalism." What stands out in that respect is Brandon's refusal to take responsibility for his mistake and his attempt at gaslighting us about the color.
If you hire Wildlife be sure to document every decision and have Brandon initial it.
