Chad and his team are top notch. We absolutely love the work they did. They explained what they planned to do. As work progressed, they made sure we knew what was going on. Any unforeseen issues were brought to our attention and we were asked what we would like them to do(with their input as to what would work best). His team was personable, and did not make us feel like we were in the way while we "hovered" as they did work. We liked their work so much we had them come do work on our old house prior to putting it on the market. We will be saving their number for any work the new house may need in the future.
