- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the event and/or audience, a sliding scale may be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or FaceTime call to establish wish list for what you want to accomplish and cover, and in what amount of time for the actual event. Then we will iron out details through email or a variety of phone calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. degree in Marketing Communications with an Advertising emphasis. I have authored 10 traditionally published books. I have sold 36 traditionally published manuscripts to publishers. I have spoken at schools and writing conferences around the country for the past 15 years.
