Card payments are subject to a standard 2.99% processing fee. We also offer competitive financing options through trusted providers for qualified projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a detailed consultation to understand your goals and timeline. We then provide a written estimate and clear scope of work. Once approved, we schedule work in phases, communicate each milestone, and send photo updates. Final walkthrough is done to ensure satisfaction before completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is certified by OSHA, InterNACHI, NAMRI, and trained to work under ICC, NEC, EPA RRP, and IICRC S520 standards. We regularly complete continuing education and manufacturer-led trainings to stay current with code requirements and best practices in construction and restoration.
