I had the pleasure of meeting Michael today when he came over to power washed my home. It had been a few years so I had some nasty mold on the one side but wow everything is clean not a drop of dirt of mold left. He had great communication from the day I requested service. He was here on time and cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend his service and use him again . Great job thank you Michael

Michael was fantastic to work with! He was extremely responsive, punctual, and professional throughout the entire process. my house looks brand new i had a lot of cobwebs and leaves and other stuff all over my house and Micheal git rid of it all. I recommend him for any power washing needs, i will ddefinitely be using him again and again. Took about 2hours for under 1,000 square feet and also did my windows. He came same day can't tell you enough how happy I am with his work and how nice my house looks

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, reasonable and less for what you would expect to pay for pressure washing in the Chicago area. I am most often willing to beat any competitors written quoted price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First, I want you to know that I am grateful for your trust and the opportunity to clean and beautify your home.
2. Next, I work to ensure you are comfortable and know you are the center of the job. I will make sure you are aware that I do not accept payment until you are 100% satisfied.
3. I will ask for an address to verify square footage of the home and to note any potential obstacles. Having this information allows for the most accurate price quote.
4. Once the address is verified and a price quote is provided I offer to address any additional questions you may have and work to secure a date and time for the job.
5. I will follow up and remain in contact throughout the process. I am never late and will always provide an ETA when I leave my home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is my 5th year providing pressure washing services. My posted 5 Star reviews speak for themselves. During the off season I am a full time social studies and robotics teacher with a masters degree in Teaching Leadership.
