Very professional diagnosed the problem ordered the part and had it fixed the next day. Highly recommended I have been in the appliance industry as a retail wholesale and builder representative for 40 years one of the best independent service companies I have worked with.
Alex came out, was very nice and knowledgeable. He was on time and came back a few days later with the part. In the meantime he lubricated it to stop the noise until he could get a replacement part. He came back exactly when he said he would and fixed it. I would definitely use that company for future repairs.

We are so glad we found this company. Alex from Falcon came and fixed our dryer for a great price. When we saw his great work with the dryer we even made appointments with him for fixing our fridge and oven. For now this is our go-to person for this kind of problems.

1. We set appointment
2. Technician comes and diagnoses problem and advises solution.
3. If you satisfied with prices and time frame, tech starts working to fix appliance.
Note: some parts of appliances need special order from manufacture or appliance part supplier, it might take up to 5 business days to get a part.
