1) 70$ service call which will be included to total if hired to repair. 2) 10% discount for next service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We set appointment 2. Technician comes and diagnoses problem and advises solution. 3. If you satisfied with prices and time frame, tech starts working to fix appliance. Note: some parts of appliances need special order from manufacture or appliance part supplier, it might take up to 5 business days to get a part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee in our company has at least 5 years of experience.
