Francisco was a pleasure to work with! Easy to talk to and schedule a time to come out, and he make quick work of cleaning our AC units out. I was scared that he would try to upsell a newer AC unit or say I needed parts, but he didn't and cleaned the units like a pro! Really easy to work with and simply left his business card should any other appliances need repair or maintenance. Love small business! Thank you!

I appreciated how quickly he was able to come and repair my washer. I was able to ask questions and make the appointment on a chat with my phone and by texting which was a plus. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed for a great price. Would definitely use Pac's again.
