TERA is the best coach ever. Her teaching style is interactive, scenario-based, and personalized. Tera responds quickly and is always willing to provide clear and concise instruction. And, she always provides the "why" behind the question. Keto is a bit complex as a novice, but eventually you will understand how it works for your body type. I've tried Keto many times.
