Our commitment doesn’t stop there – every booking is flexible, with one calendar year to reschedule without penalties. For the best experience, please reschedule 48 hours in advance. However, please note that cancellations won’t receive deposit refunds.

All costs, taxes, and fees are transparent with a half-down, non-refundable deposit, and your final payment is due upon move completion. Tips? Always appreciated but never expected.
Theft of Services Policy
At Moving U Better, we take pride in delivering high-quality moving and related services. As a professional business, we expect all clients to honor their payment obligations.
Under Indiana law, theft of services is a criminal offense, which occurs when an individual receives a service but refuses to pay. Penalties may include:
Criminal fines (up to $10,000)
Jail or prison sentences (ranging from 1 to 6 years, depending on the severity)
Restitution (court-ordered repayment to the business)
Probation and community service
Examples of Theft of Services:
Booking a moving service and refusing to pay after completion
Using deceptive tactics to avoid payment
Failing to pay for agreed-upon services, whether verbally or in writing
Legal Action & Small Claims Court:
We reserve the right to pursue legal action against non-paying customers. Under Indiana law, a business can sue for theft of services in small claims court if:
There was a verbal or written agreement for services.
Services were provided, but payment was withheld.
