Monika was fantastic to work with! She has a great eye for candid natural shots as well as the planned poses. She was extremly helpful in suggesting photographic pose opportunities and helping us work in getting the right angles and light for our shots. I appreciated her cheerful demeanor and openess to what I was looking to capture. I got exactly the moments I was looking for, captured in photos. Working with Monika was a pleasure! Initially we were looking for a maternity shoot, but then the baby came and she was able to pivot to do a family photo shoot instead. FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30 minute and 1-hour sessions; anything beyond that, I can give you a personalized quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive an inquiry from a client, I understand how many people will be at the shoot, the location, and the timeframe. When a quote is given and agreed to by the client, a $50 deposit is required to save the date (but it comes out of the final cost). I then send a questionnaire to understand my clients and their session further. On the day of the shoot, I make sure to get a variety of shots, including any the client would like. Photos are sent within 5 days to the clients on an online gallery, where they can download as many as they would like!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly families and couples. Families with children enjoy working with me because I am very patient and allow the child to be comfortable and candid, not confined and rigid.
