Tim prepared my taxes for me and kept me informed of where he was in the process. Also, I had vehicle problems right before contacting Tim which was very costly. Because of of the problems I wasn't able to pay the preparation cost up front. I was given an option of pain once I receive my taxes, which was a big help.
