Max showed up on time and was able to quickly determine the issue, which was a leak. The dishwasher was installed wrong by the builder and i was given this feedback once by Kitchenaid Service folks. Max fixed it as well.

Dark called and texted me before coming to my home. He worked diligently to attempt to repair my countertop ice maker. He called me later that day to see if the machine was working (it wasn't). He agreed to send me back the service call fee, even though he had spent about 2 hours working on the machine. I would ABSOLUTELY use Ivan ApplianceRepairs in the future.

IVAN ApplianceRepair did a great job repairing a dryer that sounded awful and wasn’t working properly. They basically rebuilt it internally and got it working like new. Saved us from buying a new dryer. He also went out of his way to move our washer for me so I could get to clothes and other junk behind the machine left by previous home owners. Highly recommend their services.

Our service call cost $89. If our customer will agree for repair, we doing discount and you won't pay anything for service call. Also sometimes its possible to give you an estimate online, before the call. But it depends on appliance and what's the issue.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we will set up an appointment, will choose time that works for you and first available of course! I will call you 1 hour in advance before arriving to confirm, after that I will do diagnostic of broken appliance and inform you about issue and estimate price to fix it, you will decide what to do.
We always leave our customers satisfied!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working as a technician at another company more than 10 years. And now, as you can see, 3+ years ago I started this company.
I wanted to help people and solve their appliance problems.
To find a personalized approach to each customer and leave them with the best possible experience.
