They did a great job Presurewashing my house brick and removing the vines it looks brand new thank you so much .very professional work I highly recommended
Juan re-built a row of brick steps that were crumbling in my entry way. I had trouble finding matching brick, and he even went to the store and found the right brick and brought it to the job. He also did some miscellaneous work that I asked him to do last minute. He was extremely professional, great at communicating, and my front entryway looks great again!! I will DEFINITELY use Juan again and in fact already asked him to quote some other jobs for me.
Sean's crew came out on time and spent about five hours on my chimney. Pulled out old galvanized steel liner that was only 1/2 way up the chimney, installed new liner and risers, fixed the top three rows of bricks, installed new crown and cover. Great work and very fairly priced. Everyone involved was very professional and the project completed looks great.
Ken showed up with a helper to work on our gutters in 10 deg. weather! did an excellent job, purchased material before he arrived and worked through the night to complete the job. Thanks Ken for a job well done!
Phil and his partner practically rebuilt my chimney and repaired a large crack in the brick and did tuckpointing. Friendly and professional service done right on time. Honest. i would definitely use him again.
Ruslan did a great job on some brick work and tuck-pointing on my home will be using them again great job!!
The owner, Jeff, reached out to me right away. When I called him for more information on scheduling an estimate, he said he was available to come out within the hour. For me personally, speed of scheduling an estimate was A+, it doesn't get much faster than within an hour of reaching out. Jeff and Alex came out right away, examined our chimney, and wrote up an estimate of point-by-point repairs they would need to complete for a full repair. Each item was priced out individually, which was a huge plus. The estimate was provided on the spot, and they walked through each item for me so I could fully understand what they wanted to do, and why the needed to do it. Scheduling the actual repair was timed very nicely. After I had put down the 50% deposit and they were able to confirm they had the bricks in stock, they were able to schedule my repair a few days out, which was great. During the fall is the busy time for many companies, and other estimates we got said if we were to go with them that they wouldn't be able to do the repair for many weeks out, about a month and a half. It's great that FACTS was able to get us on the schedule right away to resolve our issue before it got any worse. On the day of the repair, Jeff (the owner and person who did our inspection) came out with our tech, Ryan, to make sure he was on the same page with what needed to be done, which was reassuring to me. Our tech, Ryan, was very friendly and explained what he did in a language that I could understand, which was very useful. To my understanding, he also went above and beyond to make sure that our repair was done with high quality. These folks definitely take pride in the work they put their name to, and I mean that as a compliment. Jeff came by a number of times throughout the repair to check in on progress- I think it's great that an owner is that involved in his company. When everything was done, Ryan and Alex went over everything they did with me to make sure I was understanding and that any questions I had were answered. Alex did a great job communicating with me regarding scheduling, payments, warranties, and use of our new damper. The cleanup job was quite impressive; they wiped down our glass door that was nearby, and completely swept up the area around the job site. We needed bricks replaced, and they were able to match the new bricks to our old ones so that the difference was not noticeable. We have a neighbor who had chimney repair work done and she said that her company did not have matching bricks and so she had to pay an extra $700 for them to stain the bricks to match. What else was nice is that they were able to split the repair work we needed (internal and external work.. our chimney is pretty old and in bad condition) to make it more manageable from a financial perspective. We had a few other companies out to provide quotes and this company was by far and away the best price (by a few thousand dollars). If you're looking for chimney repair work, I would definitely recommend this company, especially if you're comparing prices and looking for someone to provide competitive rates. We plan to use them again for the internal repair work when we are ready.
Best sealcoating service I've ever had, and I've tried a couple. They showed up on time and didn't get any sealer on the brick sidewalk by the driveway, I was pleasantly surprised with EasySeals Sealcoating! They provide services that are quick, efficient, friendly, and best of all reasonably priced. Save all the trips and hassle of the hardware stores and doing it yourself and call Easy Seal!
Eric and his son's were wonderful! They removed a 6x5 foot glass block window and replaced it with a 3x6 foot glass block window and finished the rest of the opening with block and face brick and a new limestone sill. It looks awesome! Would call them in a heartbeat for any other exterior projects. Thank you so much! Dean & Alison
Shelton built a brick mail box and installed a new kitchen sink in my house. The work was very thorough and got finished on promised schedule. Shelton is a personable individual and that trait is important when someone spends that much time in your home. I will hire him for all my future needs in the house.
Replaced brick and did tuck points. Assisted in identifying problem that caused brick issue and recommended someone for job. Excellent!
We were very pleased with the work that Roberto and his team completed on our brick patio. He responded immediately and gave a fair price for the project. He worked very closely with us to obtain the results we were looking for. We highly recommend Roberto and his team!
It was a pleasure working with Touchstone Group. They gave me a quote on the brick work of my house. It was a fair price and the work was done professionally.
I recently hired Robert Gonzalez to rebuild my crumbling chimney and do some tuck pointing around my home. He did a PHENOMENAL job! The brick work is impeccable and pristine! The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and at a very fair price! And he did a terrific job with the clean up afterward! I highly recommend him!
Someone had damaged a double-brick wall that separates my property from city property. About 75 bricks and 2 cap stones were broken or displaced. This was not a big job, as jobs go. Crown Roofing & Masonry Co. responded very quickly to my query. The broken section of the wall was taken down. About 40 bricks and 2 large stones were cleaned and reused, which helped keep the price down. The job was completed in one day. Clean up was very good and all trash was removed. If you need masonry work give Crown Roofing & Masonry Co. a chance. C. B. - Chicago
They did a beutiful brick Work at My house thanks for all you guys are te best
Martin and his crew did a fantastic job and our brick work looks great. He was incredibly responsive and got to our job right away. We will definitely use him again.
Matt and his team were excellent! Matt was incredibly responsive and helped me finish these key renovations projects when my contractor got too busy. They work very hard and knocked the projects out fast. My projects included flooring, drywall, new closets, electrical, and even outside tuck-pointing and pavers. Matt's multi-facet team had no issue knocking out all of the diverse projects.. They always cleaned up after themselves and gave great attention to detail. I highly recommend Matt and his team.
Joe and his guys did quite a bit of brick work on our 1970s ranch. Their work included filling in a few old openings and reducing the size of a couple openings by toothing in with new bricks and adding new sills. They also created one completely new opening for a window and extended the size of one opening for a larger window. Joe was great and kept in constant communication. Our dumpster arrived late (after the job was done) and Joe was nice enough to send his guys back out to put all the demolition debri in the dumpster for us. Joe and his guys did good work at a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Lanza Masonry for future jobs.
Job won’t be done till May 8th, but he was on time for estimate meeting. Followed up with posts on material information. Polite!
