Rescheduled 3 times to come give a quote, after he came he took over 30 mins to check out the areas that need work and said will contact us with a quote and decided to disappear completely and not respond back! Unprofessional!

Things were going well, they were responsive and I had a great conversation when we agreed to service and frequency. Later that day I received word when they were starting. Then on the day of service, they were a no-show. After several messages sent on Thumbtack or text to confirm if had my dates wrong of if they were a no-show....they were a no-response! A no-show and no-response after the no-show. I’ve now gone with another company / service. It’s too bad, I am an out of state landlord who doesn’t live at the property so need to hire a long-term service for lawn care, they could’ve had an account for many many years to come
