What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within 2 hours of initial contact, we give the client a call to understand their current tax activity and answer any initial questions. Next, we set them up with our database that allows them to upload documents and answer questions. When their taxes are complete we use e-signatures to sign engagement letters and finalize returns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee has worked for the biggest accounting firms in the world. The President has over 12 years of public accounting experience, a CPA license, and degrees from the Univ. of Illinois Accounting and Master's in Taxation program.
