Heavy Duty had the work completed in a pinch on one of the coldest days of the year. He also was very knowledgeable and gave a great quote in comparison of other big name companies. Will definitely call again and refer to family and friends for their HVAC repairs.

Very professional and honest. Andrew pulled out motor on my furnace that was supposed to be replaced. He called the manufacturer and to my surprise it was still under warranty. He made second trip back when the motor was available to put it together. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve ended paying -$800 just for motor. He only charged for labor. Definitely my go to guy for any heating cooling issues.

Angel was very personable, thorough in his invesligation and explanation of the issue with my furnace. He confidently answered all of my questions. Once he had a submitted a scope of work typed out he provided 2 options for how to address my issue. He got it resolved and I wll absolutel call him back for future work .
