What an incredible job Eduardo and his team did on our patio. They were prompt and professional. I will use them in the future for any landscaping or concrete work. I thought his pricing was fair and reasonable. They cleaned up after they were done with the patio. Excellent service. If I could give more than five stars I would.

We had an awesome experience with Eduardo and his team! Eduardo was very professional, patient, and accommodating to all of my 'crazy' requests. We are very pleased with the work they performed. Modern Construction was the only company we could find that was able to meet every need we had. They installed my cedar fence, they fixed the damaged concrete on my porch and added a new step, they stabilized my wood rails to my deck, and installed a beautiful paver patio (adding on to the existing one). I was able to give Eduardo my vision and he helped me along the way with his expertise to execute the vision - he nailed it. When the work was completed they did a good job in cleaning up everything. I have already received many complements. I highly recommend Modern Construction and plan to use them again for another project!

Their team exceeded our expectations!! They were hard working and the outcome was exactly what they said it would be. The price was the most reasonable compared to three other quotes!! We definitely recommend them!

Eduardo and his team did an excellent job. I hired them to demolish a shed, lay a new concrete slab, and erect a new shed. The demolition and concrete were completed today. They were on time and didn’t stop working until the job was done perfectly. His pricing was extremely competitive and his service was top notch. I highly recommend Modern Construction!
