Jay at Mold Squad was the only contractor who came to my home and diagnosed the real issue I was having. It started with water in my basement in my closet and in my garage and also under my wood floors and in some cracks. Four companies plus the insurance company person came to my home trying to tell me I had an Hydrostatic Pressure problem and wanted to charge 22,000 to 32,000 to get it fixed. which would not have even solved the problem. Do not trust these big companies for water issues. They are big because they are cheating people out of their money. Anyways, as soon as he walked in and looked at the areas I mentioned, he said, "You have a water leak." Which was bells to my ears because your home owner insurance will pay for that. They don't pay for the hydrostatic pressure unless you have that coverage, and I did not, and that is why these companies say you have that so they can get all your money. He told me I bet you 90% you have a water leak, and what did he find. A water leak. This company has integrity and compassion for their customers. They find the problem and fix it. If I have any more issues with my home and if it falls under their category, I will call them again. Thanks Jay for your honesty.

We do a thorough Inspection when visiting the Property during the Estimation Phasis and take a very good look at the Project to give the Homeowner a
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we offer a wide Variety of Restoration and Contracting Services, we know that every Project is different and our Process with working with a New Customer would to reassure them that they would be getting Great and Professional Services.
1. We will come to the Property and perform a Detailed Inspection, of what is needed to be Completed in order to begin the Estimation Process.
2. When performing our Assessment, we will Take Notes of everything that needs to be Completed and Take Pictures of the Areas in order to Create a Detailed Estimate.
3. After our Assessment is Complete, we will explain to the Property Owners the next step, and collect an Email address to send the Proposal to, which is usually within 3 - 24 Hours Depending on the Size of the Project.
4. Once the Estimate is Sent, we will follow up with the Property Owners and answer any Questions they may have regarding the Project.
5. Once Hired! We will commit to the Completion of your Project by offering our Professional Services and Providing Great Quality Work.

We finally graduated from being a Sub-Contractor, and opened up our own Company in March 2017. We consider ourselves a Veteran in the Industry, based on the Knowledge we gained from our Experience.
