Dream movers was very quick responding to our request. We agreed to move Saturday Feb 1st. Confirmed on Friday 31st. On the day of the move they didn’t show up so I called around 8:30 got a message back saying cannot talk right now. About 1/2 hour a lady called me saying they had to swap out a truck and won’t be able to make it until 11am. Got a text from owner saying their crew work late that night so that is why they couldn’t make it. Didn’t receive any phone call saying there was a problem I would have understood. Things happen but two stories didn’t match. The reason I gave three is because of responsiveness of my request. It would be 1 if I had to rate him on punctuality. I had to hire another company on spot because we had everything ready and in middle of the house. Bad experience..
