- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront, fair, and transparent pricing for all our work and include discounts for military members, veterans, seniors, and emergency service professionals. All our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. For general service calls, we charge a $89 diagnostic fee that we waive if repair work is required. In-home evaluations and estimates to install or replace existing systems are free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have an accredited degree in HVAC and are EPA 608 certified. Further, our technicians receive 80+ hours of additional training each year to ensure that they provide only the highest quality work and that they are proficient in new products, technologies, and services. Lastly, all our technicians are fully vetted and undergo a rigorous background check. Trust is paramount to us and it is important that you can trust the people you let into your house.
