- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices go by the house size, amount of clutter, & detail that is needed. More detailed cleaning such as ovens, stoves, fridges, ect. can be added for an extra fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know and understand my clients. Do you have pets? How many kids and their ages? It helps me better understand your family so I can serve you better. Also, I get the sq. footage of the house, which rooms are needed and the amount of clutter in the home. I prefer to visit the home first so we can meet and go over a "tour".
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to work on my own by helping others. Cleaning truly does relax me and nothing is more satisfying then coming to a clean, fresh home. I love to go above and beyond to help everyone. This is also a way that I can be home more with my children. Time and family mean everything to me.
