Monika's Voice Studio

The musical and academic success of Monika's students is her number one priority! Each person's voice is unique and special to them, no one else has the voice that YOU have; therefore, Monika approaches each and every student differently by tailoring a very personal and individual lesson plan for each of her students. Monika takes a very holistic approach and encourages her students to use their whole body when singing to maintain a healthy instrument. Monika is a soprano studying classical vocal performance/opera at DePaul University and is currently available to teach lessons at your home or online over Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype with a high-quality microphone and camera so the student can have the best video and audio experience. For the past 9+ years Monika has been training her voice classically and studying opera. Through Monika's own experience singing in the music business, studying ear training and music theory, and participating in international competitions, she wants to help you achieve your personal goals as a musician! Monika teaches voice lessons for children and teens between the ages of 3-18 and beginning/intermediate adults in any genre. Furthermore, she offers tutoring sessions in music theory for aspiring music students who are entering college, and students who are already enrolled in first or second year collegiate level theory courses. Monika welcomes any queries in regard to what music studies looks like in college, double majoring, the application process, and the audition process.
