Al was not only punctual, but early, which I so appreciated! He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed my refrigerator freezer, and took the time to explain everything he did thoroughly to me, and let me know what my husband and I could do to maintain the efficiency of our appliance. He is very personable and professional and honest. The next time we an appliance repair Al will be the one that I call.

The guy explained every step of the way. He found the problem at a lower cost. He wasn't extreme as others were. They others recommend a totally replacement which wasn't needed.
