Sean was great! We were having family over and have a 12 week old puppy. The AC went out on a 95++ day and my house was getting hotter by the minute. Sean was able to her to my home within the hour and had our AC up and running within 30 minutes. So appreciative!

Shawn came out pretty quickly to look at my furnace. He explained everything to me in detail. Even though I didn’t use their service was because I got a discount from a neighbor to do the work. Legendary service was quick to respond, updated with status of work schedule and technician’s arrival time. On the day of the service Joey O’malley was great! He is knowledgeable, answered my concerns and went over my options, gave me space to think through my choices, and resolved the issue efficiently. On top of that he was incredibly personable. Will definitely be requesting him for any future sump pump problems!
