We have a tankless water heater and it needed a new part. Colin helped verify our warranty information, spoke to the heater company directly, performed the technical checks, and verified all troubleshooting steps and other necessary setup info. Had to come back twice to complete the job after the part was designated faulty, warranty-covered and delivered, then installed. Totally satisfied and very pleased with how quickly he handled it. Also the office contact I spoke with to initially set up our first appointment was great. Would absolutely call them for service/repair when we need it in the future.

The pricing was in the range of three estimates received and they were able to replace my water heater promptly the same day that I called (other two companies needed greater lead time). The service was definitely more expensive than we have had in the past, but they were far more thorough and informative. Joe arrived for the appointment and used a camera down the pipes to confirm the issue. He told us we had roots growing into the pipes and was able to identify the cause of them getting in there. He took care of what was currently there in a timely manner and even advised us how we can manage the issue until it's possible to get the bad pipe replaced. Overall, good experience and Joe was great!
