We have a tankless water heater and it needed a new part. Colin helped verify our warranty information, spoke to the heater company directly, performed the technical checks, and verified all troubleshooting steps and other necessary setup info. Had to come back twice to complete the job after the part was designated faulty, warranty-covered and delivered, then installed. Totally satisfied and very pleased with how quickly he handled it. Also the office contact I spoke with to initially set up our first appointment was great. Would absolutely call them for service/repair when we need it in the future.
