Great experience. Sean and his helper were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner even with me asking questions. I’d like to say everything was perfect but there was some issues with my AC and I received a thorough and understandable explanation. I didn’t feel like I was being sold an unnecessary service at all. Sean even sold my on a reoccurring service package (the silver plan) which I was initially apprehensive about because I’m a very skeptical person but it made a lot of sense and makes my life a lot easier. Preventative maintenance is always better than waiting till your AC stops working in August and then figuring out what went wrong. If you are interested in that kind of thing I suggest you check out the service options that Legendary carry. Made sense for me and it’s cheap. Looking forward to them inspecting my boiler system here soon, unless they find something wrong, but I’d rather get it taken care of now by a company I trust and I know won’t take me to the cleaners.
