Mike did a great job, and he was great to work with.
He was very responsive. He showed up when he said would, and his bid was one of the lowest. If i ever need to do more work on our floors ill definetly hire him again.

Mike was great, very responsive (even on a Saturday) and did a great job explaining everything. They were able to get to my job Monday morning and fix all the mistakes I made (tried to finish my floors myself on Friday). They were friendly, polite, my floors look great, and there was no mess. An awesome experience all around, and very reasonably priced.

The experience we had with Royal Floors was great. Not only was there No Dust - They were also very Professional, passionate and courteous as well. They're knowledge for hardwood was incredible. They delivered exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We love our floors and the complements we get on them.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically everything is based on a square foot price. However, there are many different variables that can effect the price. That's why its important to see it in person as it gives me a clearer picture of what I am dealing with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well generally we would speak over the phone at first , then the client would give me more of an idea of what needs to be done. From there I take all of the information, then I come out in person to see the floors that needs to be refinished my self. This gives me a clear picture of what needs to be done. After taking measurements of the floors, i am able to give a exact quote on the work needed to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well...... Hardwood flooring is considered a
skilled/ unskilled trade. Unskilled because you don't need a degree. Although i have a two year degree it isn't considered necessary. Skilled because it takes years to learn the Hardwood flooring trade.
