Introduction: Business Hours: Monday - closed (unless there is an event) In business for the rest of the week. I have been bartending in bars and restaurants for the past 18 years while being an event planner for the last 7. The perfect math combined them together after a few private bartending opportunities and here I am. I am professional, personable, enthusiastic, and pleasant to work with. I love the physical challenge of long work hours, I have the ability to multitask, I have a neat appearance, and I am passionate for people and this industry. Bianca was fantastic! I would highly recommend her. Our event was a birthday party with 30 to 40 guests. She was very attentive and accommodating to everyone's needs. Helped with setup and even cleanup as well! Service was above and beyond what was expected.

Could not wait to write this review… With all the planning that was needed for our wedding & things to get done … at the top of the priority list was the catering & the prep needed for our banquet hall… so when me & my newly wedded husband walked into the room it took my breath away… Bianca and her staff went above and beyond to have every last detail completed and let me say the room looked amazing!! Bianca took control and I can tell prior to our reception that she was the right choice to prepare our reception hall… she is so professional and confident in what she brings to the table it put my mind at ease but until I walked into the room there is always a bit of trepidation but needless to say the room looked absolutely perfect!! Plus you can tell she was totally in control of every aspect in getting a banquet hall ready for the reception… so with all that being said I would highly recommend Bianca and her staff to anyone having a wedding reception/or any big event!! Or any event of any size!! Trust me… you will not be disappointed!

Hire Bianca now! Look no further for a great professional staff. She made our wedding go so smoothly, made sure everyone had drinks, food, and overall an amazing time.
