- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by making sure we fully understand what our customers needs are. We do this by communicating with them every step of the way by talking, emailing or texting/messaging. We then work with the customer to develop a plan that meets and exceeds their needs. DN Electric takes a new customer step by step, to help them understand the total process and what's involved in completing their projects. It is important that a customer understands what is being considered and charged.

We have 25 years experience in the field and employee of variety of skilled and trained technicians.
