My laptop locked me out and would not let me in. Apples solution to getting this resolved was to erase everything on it but unfortunately I would loose all my pictures and videos. I couldn't risk loosing my data. Apple referred me to a data recovery business and they told me they can recover my data for the price of $600.00. As a college student, theres no was I could pay that. Luckily I found Tom! The price he was charging was ridiculously low compared to my first quote and it seemed a little fishy but i was desperate to get my data back and gave it a try. Thank God I picked T & F Electronics to do my data recovery. Price is very reasonable, services are done well and he is always in communication with you. He would ask for my consent on anything he would need to do to the laptop. He drove to me to pick up and drop off the laptop and what finally made me fully trust him was something he said. He quoted that he treats everyones devices as if they were his own...and he really does. He returned the laptop to me in spiffy condition. no scratches or damage. My laptop was being very difficult, making it harder to get the job done. But Tom did everything possible to fix it, get around it and get it done. He passed my data on to a DVD and here's the best part....He fixed my laptop!! I no longer need apple to fix it. He left it as if i had just bought it right now all for $40.00. I 100% recommend Tom. I have no complaints for T & F Electronics. As a matter of fact, I will be hiring Tom to recover my data on my other laptop. Rating him "outstanding" because the service was outstanding too! Can't say enough about how Tom can fix a computer or cell phone. The guy sure knows his stuff. Would recommend him to anyone with electronic needs.

Tom has worked on and fixed an I-phone, XBOX360 and laptop. In all instances he was very upfront and knowledgeable. Tom is very professional and work was completed in the expected time frame. This was an excellent experience and would definitely return to Tom for any further work.

Tom built a Dell Desk Top for me several years ago. It still runs like a champ. Tom P is very professional and completed the order in a Timely manner. I would definitely recommend him in the future.
