Introduction: Hi I am Ashley! I am a online health and wellness expert that works with clients to make their desired changes to improve their lives. I have years of experience working with clients one on one and in group settings. I work closely with my clients to motivate, guide, hold accountable, and encourage clients to identify roadblocks or obstacles that are in their way of change. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65 a week all inclusive coaching. 1 -50 minute session and access to your coach (me) through a user friendly app that allows you to send worksheets, workouts, and food logs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session will be the intake appointment and establishing goals. From there you will meet with me for 30 minutes a week, review what worked and did not work for the week. Each session we will explore roadblocks and introduce new skills, tools, and workout ect
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer and have years of experience working in the fitness field. I have worked with a range of clients from different backgrounds needing different outcomes from coaching.
