Mirza is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and competent, and also very calm. He was able to send an excellent carpenter to deal with an emergency situation on the same day with great results! We needed to have a built in window seat opened up and modified to provide ongoing access to the radiator underneath and he did this efficiently with minimal damage and mess. Truly a stellar job! We will definitely be working with Mirza and his team again in the very near future.

These guys are great! I was on out the country for a trip when we were having below zero weather. My sump pump line that goes outside froze which resulted water getting into my basement and Furnace stopped working because of the water.I called them let them the situation that i am not at my house and out of the country, they assured me that they can take care from start to finish. They came right away, and they started to dry everything, cleaned the basement/moved items out of the way, fix the pipe, left fans to dry the basement, fixed the HVAC furnace, and made sure there wasn't anything else wrong before they left.They do everything! Small to big job! I would highly recommend them!

Had a very good experience with this team. The quality of their work, their attention to detail, and responsiveness to our ideas was spectacular.Undergoing, major construction project can be very intimidating. You will get quotes from various contractors but don't realize there are hidden costs and fees that they don't mention upfront. Windy City was not like this at all. They were very transparent and the financial worry was a non-issue.My wife and kids felt safe with the workers who were very respectful of our privacy. The management was responsive if we saw any errors or blemishes. Amer and Ibrahim would come themselves every day to make sure the job was done right.As someone who has had a few major projects at my house with 3 different construction companies. I can tell you that Windy City will not let you down.
