Our roof had experienced some minor damage due to a storm earlier this month. We needed urgent repair as there was more storms coming our way and didn’t want any more leakage into our attic. Joshua was able to come same day to our home, inspect and find where the leak was coming from! He took pictures of our roof to show us and it was very helpful to see what job that was getting done & what areas. Definitely recommend him and his team for any jobs needed, especially urgent ones! We’re very happy with him and his work.

He was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He came across as honest and very experienced, and I felt confident in his assessment and recommendations. As the project evolved, I ended up making changes on my end, not because the roofer changed anything. Throughout that process, he was very fair and professional. He offered me multiple opportunities to cancel the job and receive a full refund of my deposit, and he ultimately did refund the deposit in full. That really showed integrity and a customer-first approach. Even though the project ultimately did not move forward with him, I was very impressed by his professionalism, flexibility, and the quality of his communication throughout the process. I would absolutely consider working with him in the future and would recommend him to others looking for a roofing contractor.
