I am so happy with Tom’s work. He saved the day after another provider dropped out half way through. He was so thorough and patient, making sure I knew exactly how to use my new door locks and even giving me new batteries from his truck after mine didn’t work!

Made sure to keep us in the loop on when he would be arriving. Once he arrived he made sure to inform us of pros and cons for different locks and tell us our options along with prices. He then worked very efficiently and quickly to get the job done. Before he left he had us double check that all keys worked for the appropriate locks. We will use him again in the future.
