Introduction: Hi! Thanks for visiting Light Speed Notary Service. I am no longer available for wedding services at this time. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I am a dual-commissioned, traveling Notary Public in the states of Illinois and Kentucky. I am an NNA certified Notary Signing Agent. I have closed nearly 30 loans and have done many more notarizations. I recently became active in the RON (remote online notary) community. RON is much more convenient than typical notarization, as you can get certain documents notarized from the comfort, convenience and safety of your own home, office, or wherever you are. Ask me about remote online notary and save the trip! In the state of Illinois, I am on DocVerify, SecuredSigning, and eNotaryLog. In the state of Kentucky, I am on SecuredSigning. I have a dual tray laser printer, a fast scanner, and access to a mobile scanning program.

We wouldn’t recommend anyone else, if we could get married again and again with each other... we would use calebs services every time. Made everything very comfortable and wrote personally made vows just for us. He drove a far distance with no complaints.. thanks for assisting us on our special day Caleb.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should contact me for a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll discuss what type of document you're needing notarized. Should you choose the RON service, you'll upload it to the RON provider of your choice. I'll look it over and tag it. While I'm doing that, the RON program will verify your identity. After that's done, I'll start a two way audio video session with everyone that's signing. You'll sign, then I'll sign, stamp, and email your document.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Illinois requires special training on RON. Each RON provider has special requirements as well. I am also NNA- and LSS-certified to close loan documents. I have closed over 20 loans and done many more notarizations.
