Responded quickly to my inquiry and we easily scheduled a time for him to come check out our treadmill. We hadnt been maintaining it properly and he helped us learn how to care for it and future treadmills to avoid the same problem - basically a belt that was worn out. He came out twice and arrived promptly on time and was helpful. Highly recommend!

The Technician was very efficient, clean and communicative. At my request, he thoroughly explained what he had done and showed me me the broken pieces. He left the area clean. The invoice included the pictures of the broken parts.The price was very reasonable!Thank you
