- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our church hosted a Daddy/Daughter dance where we were tasked with capturing candid shots, as well as setting up a portrait station. We were able to provide personalized posed portraits for over 200 Daddy/Daughter couples, produce prints, mount them in photo frame jewelery boxes and distribute them in two hours. It was a challenge, but so worth it to be able to capture the love each father felt for his little girl, and the adoration each young lady had for her daddy. Our kids often come along to assist us and learn the art, but that night all three of them stepped up and made it possible for us to provide great memories for all the guest, and us as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your photographer knows what you are looking for, then look at samples. The specific pictures will naturally vary, but the artistic flavor of a photographers work is what you can expect to see in you photos.
