- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone consultation with a Certified Mold Inspector. We will schedule an inspection and recommend any useful mold testing to help us determine the extent of your mold issues. Then, you will receive a plan to restore your property back to normal conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors and technicians have received extensive training, and we participate in industry-related training on a ongoing basis. Please see our website for a current list of credentials as we are updating our education constantly. We are also fully insured.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, we inspected a basement that had suffered from elevated humidity for a long period on time. We found surface mold on the ceiling and all over the clients possessions and furniture. The air quality testing showed highly elevated counts in the basement and slightly elevated counts on the main floor. We were able to return the entire property to normal conditions within nine hours and one follow up visit.
