I am very pleased by Paul's work. He is a great guy who did a very thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. I hired him based on his Thumbtack reviews and everyone spoke very highly of him. Paul took charge and completed the job to a very high standard. In this day and age sometimes it's unsettling to have a stranger come into your home. I was completely comfortable with Paul and I feel he is very trustworthy. After he had completed the work for me which involved putting in two new outlets and installing a bidet seat, I paid him. As he was about to leave he noticed one of my hinges on the door to my basement was missing the pin that holds the hinge on. First he looked down the basement stairs to see if it was there but it wasn't. He then said he would remove the middle pin and put it on the top hinge to give stability Paul even had to go out to his truck to get a couple of tools and then he was nice enough to do that for me just as kind of a bonus. I don't think you'd come across many people like that who truly want to help. I will definitely hire Paul in the future!
