- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for our our services by the hour (for example we charge $60/hr for 2 men crew with a 16' box truck) and there is travel fee added to cover our gas expenses from our facility to your current location and from your final destination address back to our facility. In most cases travel fee equal one hour of the movers labor time if the driving distance is from 30 to 60 miles. If you need us to provide packing materials, an extra fee will be applied to cover the cost of packing supplies.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly specialize in small scale moves from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment. We will provide a full range of moving services: packing, furniture dis-assembly and reassembly, loading and unloading. Vitesse Moving can also send a moving crew with equipment to load or unload your rental truck if you are going to drive yourself in or out of town. We also provide in home rearranging and internal moving services if needed.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are proud that we were selected by the Bulls all-star guard Jimmy Butler to move him to his new home in summer 2015.
