Planning a vacation should be exciting, but searching for the best deal can be exhausting and frustrating. This is why we engaged Hi5Vacations inc early on to make the planning process easy and convenient while saving us lots of money. The process of getting Hi5Vacations engaged was straight forward and easy. We basically filled out their vacation form which includes some of these: - possible destination we wanted to visit - types of activities we wanted to do while we were there. - what was most important to us while we were on vacation - duration of the vacation - departure date Once we provided required information, they were able to present to us packages which really gave us an idea as to how our time would be spent there. Hi5vacations went above and beyond their duty of finding a vacation package. Once we picked the destination of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, they found the best package possible for the price while making sure our whole trip experience was wonderful by reaching out to vendors that were involved for the activities and the resort we were staying at. Up on our arrival to Puerto Vallarta, VIP service was waiting to take us to our awesome 5 star all inclusive resort. Hi5vacations created vacation plan which we just followed through out our whole trip. This plan included where we needed to be at what time for various activities that were planned. Without the help from Hi5Vacations, we would have had to plan the trip ourself and have to spend lot of time to coordinate all the activities which can be very stressful and if you don't have enough time between activities, you can miss the next activity if you don't show up on time. Hi5Vacation, We can not thank you enough for the outstanding service you have provided to us and going out of your way to make sure we would enjoy our vacation. We really do appreciate your work and hope that this review helps others who might be in same situation as we were in when we asked for help from you. Hi5 Vacation is great. He booked my honeymoon package to Hawaii. I was comparing the price with costco travel, he contacted his supplier and found me a better deal with upgrades and better seats on the airplane. It was awesome!!! He was very honest and quick. very helpful!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel Industry pricing are always changing. It is hard to provide pricing at first request on Thumbtack. Once we get picked by the clients to provide quote, we set up a call to make sure we meet the needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather all the information of client's needs and budget via phone call and follow up with e-mail. Research and provide options to make sure we meet the needs and budget. We shop around to make sure we getting the lowest possible price. Put the booking on hold and send final itinerary to the clients to review and get Hi5 to proceed. Make final booking. Provide on vacation services. Follow up after vacation to make sure everything went well which has helped us to make constant improvements and selecting right resort and flights.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend ongoing destination trainings offered by our suppliers to keep up with the destination information and changes. We research visa requirements for international destinations.
